    •  DENTISTRY:    (i)  3 A level passes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Zoology plus UME requirements.             (ii)  B.Sc in relevant fields.                     5 O’ Level Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
    • HUMAN NUTRITION AND DIETETICS:          Two A level Passes in Chemistry, Biology and Physics plus UTME requirements.                          5 O’ level Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
    • MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENCE:       (i) 3 A level passes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Zoology plus UME requirements.    (ii)  HND in related fields or equivalent professional qualification also be eligible.                                                           5 O’ Level Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

    • PHYSIOLOGY:     Two A level subjects from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Zoology or Botany plus UME requirement.                                5 O’ Level Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
    • PHYSIOTHERAPY:     3 A/Level Passes in Physics, Biology or Zoology and one other Science subject plus UTME requirements.                                              5 O’ Level Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
    • PHARMACY :     (i)  A/Level Passes in Chemistry, Biology, Physics or Mathematics plus UME requirements.  (ii)  B.Sc degree in relevant fields.                 5 O’ Level Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at a single sitting.

    • STATICS:    Two ‘A’ level subjects to include Mathematics or University of Ibadan Professional Diploma in Statistics (plus five ‘O’ level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics).        5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at two sittings to include:  English Language, Mathematics and any other three subjects from the following: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Further Mathematics or Geography.  Economics will be counted as the 6th subject. 
    • ZOOLOGY:    Two ‘A’ level science subjects to include Biology or Zoology.   NCE/ND candidates with minimum of Merit or Upper Credit in two science subjects to include Biology or Zoology or Animal Science.  Direct entry candidate should also fulfill the UTME entry requirement.                          5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at 2 sittings to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and the 6th subject can be from Science, Arts and Social Sciences excluding Agric Science.

    • Agricultural & Environmental Engineering:        2 ‘A’ level passes in Physics and Mathematics plus UME requirements.              5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at two sittings to include English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with any ONE or TWO of the following subjects as the case may be; Biology, Agricultural Science, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Economics, Geography, Metal Work and Wood Work.                   
    •  Civil Engineering :         2 ‘A’ level passes in Physics and Mathematics plus UME requirements.                              5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at two sittings to include English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with any ONE or TWO of the following subjects as the case may be; Biology, Agricultural Science, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Economics, Geography, Metal Work and Wood Work.            
    • Electrical&Electronics Engineering:    At least 2 ‘A’ level passes in Physics and Mathematics.  A 3rd if any should be Chemistry plus UTME requirements.         5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at two sittings to include English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with any ONE or TWO of the following subjects as the case may be; Biology, Agricultural Science, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Economics, Geography, Metal Work and Wood Work.       
    •  Food Technology:         2 ‘A’ level passes in Physics and Mathematics plus UME requirements.      5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at 2 sittings to include English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics with any one of the following subjects as the case may be: Agricultural Science, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Economics, Geography, Metal Work and Wood Work.         
    • Industrial & Production Engineering:      2 ‘A’ level passes in Physics and Mathematics plus UME requirements.         5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at two sittings to include English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with any ONE or TWO of the following subjects as the case may be; Biology, Agricultural Science, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Economics, Geography, Metal Work and Wood Work.

    • Wood Products Engineering:    2 ‘A’ level passes in Physics and Mathematics plus UME requirements.        5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at two sittings to include English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with any ONE or TWO of the following subjects as the case may be; Biology, Agricultural Science, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Economics, Geography, Metal Work and Wood Work.

           

    COURSES OFFERED IN THE FACULTY OF SOCIAL  SCIENCE  :

    • Economics :     Two ‘A’ level passes in Economics and any one of Mathematics, Statistics, Geography, Physics, Government, History, Chemistry and Agricultural Science.           5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at 2 sittings to include English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any two / three of Arts, Social Sciences or Science.
    •  Geography:        2 ‘A’ level passes in Geography and any one of Economics, Government and History.     5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at two sittings to include English Language, Geography and any other subjects from Arts or Social Sciences.       
    •   Political Science:    Two ‘A’ level passes including Government or History.       5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at 2 sittings to include English Language, Government or History and three or four other subjects.        
    •  Psychology:       (1)  Two ‘A’ level passes in two subjects in any of: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Statistics, Government, Geography, Economics or Mathematics/Statistics.                          (2) UTME requirements plus NRN certificate.        5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at 2 sittings to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology and other Social Sciences or Science subjects.    
    •   Sociology :     Two ‘A’ level passes including Government or History.           5 ‘O’ level subjects at one sitting or 6 ‘O’ level subjects at two sittings to include: English Language and any other subjects from Arts, Science or Social Sciences.
